Preview Night: My Many Worlds: A Santosh Morajkar Retrospective

PREVIEW NIGHT

We are delighted to invite you to the preview night of ‘My Many Worlds: A Santosh Morajkar Retrospective’, a celebration of the life and work of one of Goa’s beloved artists.

Santosh Morajkar’s work moved freely between imagination, mythology, animals, people, and the everyday. Across printmaking, drawing, painting and sculpture, he created a world that was unmistakably his own, playful, unapologetic, strange, and rooted in Goa and the people around him. This retrospective brings together his works over the years, tracing the many worlds he built throughout his life.

The evening will also mark the launch of ‘Santosh Morajkar: A Life in Art’, the first comprehensive publication on the life and practice of the artist. Followed by a live performance by Roz Angon.

The evening will be accompanied by specially curated cocktails by Hapusa Gin and Godawan Estuary Premium Water.

The exhibition is open to viewing from 17th October to 15th November 2026
