A Poetry Night exploring Mangoes and Meanings!

An evening of poetry paying homage to the mango, presented as part of the Mangoes and Meanings exhibition. To speak of the mango is to speak of plurality. It is the “king of fruits,” yet also aam—the common, the shared, circulating in memory, conversation, and longing well beyond its season. Bringing together 21 poets, the gathering explores the many meanings carried by the mango through verse.
