Guest Services Associate
We are expanding our team! MOG Art Cafe is looking for an energetic guest service associate to help us deliver a memorable experience at the MOG Art Cafe. The associate will play a key role in creating an inviting atmosphere that complements the museum experience, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, café service, or customer-facing roles
- Strong people skills, with confidence handling guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and solution-oriented during busy service hours
- Basic understanding of daily floor operations, service flow, and guest experience standards
- Interest in working within a cultural or creative space; prior experience in museums, cafés, or art spaces is an advantage
- Preferably living and operating from Goa
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, courteous hospitality
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently
- Handle counter billing, payments, and basic cash/card transactions
- Assist guests with queries and ensure a comfortable experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service and counter areas
- Coordinate with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
