Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create thoughtful, engaging visual communication across print and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual language, attention to detail, and an interest in translating ideas into clear, compelling design.

Qualifications

Background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work across print and digital formats
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines
Interest in art, culture, and community-oriented practices
Strictly for those living and operating from Goa

Roles and responsibilities

Design posters, social media content, brochures, and other communication materials
Develop visual identities for exhibitions, events, and programmes
Work closely with teams to translate concepts into clear visual outputs
Ensure consistency across all design materials and platforms
Prepare files for print and digital use, coordinating with vendors when required
Manage and organise design assets and archives
Support ongoing communication and outreach through design
