Educator and Coordinator

We are looking for an Educator & Coordinator to support the daily functioning and creative programming of the Children’s Art Studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values learning through play and creativity, and is excited to be part of an active cultural space.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience
Background in education, fine arts, social sciences, or a related field
Experience working with children in educational, creative, or community settings
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate workshops, schedules, and materials
Warm, patient, and confident in engaging with children, parents, and facilitators
Interest in arts education, learning through play, and community-focused programming
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple activities, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferably living and operating from Goa

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with facilitators to plan and run workshops and programmes
Facilitate educational workshops and art-led birthday parties
Engage visitors during daily walk-in activities
Create posters, calendars, and support programme communication
Coordinate with collaborators and internal teams
Support daily studio activities and upkeep of the space
