Vaibhav Dayanand Bhagat is a Goa-based photographer and mechanical engineer, born in Marcela. Growing up in a family with strong artistic roots, he developed an early appreciation for the arts, which later found expression through photography.

After completing his degree in mechanical engineering, Vaibhav began his corporate career in 2008. He discovered photography in 2011 as a creative outlet from professional demands, and under the guidance of eminent Goan photographer Prasad Pankar, his interest evolved into a deep passion. Currently working as an Operations Manager at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd., he maintains a balance between his corporate responsibilities and artistic pursuits.

Vaibhav’s practice focuses primarily on street and landscape photography, capturing the essence of everyday life and the beauty of natural environments. He has conducted photography exhibitions and led photo tours across various parts of India, fostering a wider appreciation for the medium. He presented his work in the exhibition “Seen/Unseen.”
