Saikat Chanda is a Physics teacher and photographer with a strong interest in street and wildlife photography. His work reflects a keen eye for detail and a thoughtful engagement with everyday life and natural environments. His photographs have been exhibited at venues such as Gallery Gold, ICCR, Nazrul Tirtha, Gaganendra Art Gallery, and Rabindra Bhavan, Asansol, and have been featured in various print and digital media. Saikat has received several recognitions, including first prize at the Infocus Edge Photography Competition, a win in the street category at the 4th Kaleidoscope Exhibition, and a gold medal from the JCM Photography Society. His work has also been acknowledged by platforms such as Street Photography Kolkata, Street Photography Delhi, Street Photo Asia, and Street Photography Brasil. He has exhibited his work in the Cycle Diaries exhibition.
