Masood Sarwer is a documentary photographer and visual storyteller based in India. His work focuses on long-term projects, particularly around climate change and its impact on people and environments.
His work has received international recognition, including being featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 (The Arts) in 2023. He was awarded the Alexia Student Grant in 2024 for his project Unintended Consequences, and won the Photography 4 Humanity Global Prize in 2022, with his work exhibited at the United Nations in New York and the Right Here, Right Now Global Climate Summit. His work has been published in Forbes, National Geographic, United Nations, and The Hindu. He has exhibited his work in the Cycle Diaries exhibition.
