Anish Nogar Araujo is a photographer and visual artist from Loutolim, a small village in Goa surrounded by rivers, hills, lush paddy fields, and nearby beaches. He began his photographic journey in 2015 while in the 10th standard, though his curiosity and keen observation of life developed much earlier. Long bus journeys during his childhood encouraged him to closely observe people and their surroundings, from misty mornings to warm afternoons. These experiences continue to inform his storytelling approach.

Anish’s personal practice revolves around long-term photographic projects that explore subjects he feels deeply connected to. He presented his work in the exhibition “Seen/Unseen.”
