Beginning with a bold shift from chartered accountancy to arts administration, Ruchira now leads and contributes to organisations such as ThinkArts, ARThink South Asia, Arthshila, and British Council India. Over a quarter-century, she founds initiatives, curates festivals, and mentors artists and educators. She is also a recipient of prestigious fellowships from ARThink South Asia, the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA), and the Australia Arts Leadership Program.
