Shalini Singh, co-founder and trustee of the People’s Archive of Rural India (PARI), is an award-winning journalist recognised for her impactful reporting on environmental issues. Over a decade ago, her work brings her to Goa, where an inquiry into unplanned tourism opens up deeper stories of illegal mining, unequal development, and even a mysterious shipwreck.
