Accounts Assistant

Join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations, including assisting with
handling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliances and timely
filing of tax returns. If you’re passionate about numbers and accuracy, we want to hear from

Qualifications

  • B.Com in Accountancy, Finance or a related degree
  • 0–1 year of work experience in accounting
  • Hands-on experience with Tally software and knowledge of MS Excel preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including GST and tax computations

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all accounting and financial tasks related to the Museum and its subsidiary businesses.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments and follow up on pending payments.
  • Assist in preparation of Monthly Income Statements.
  • Assist in conducting periodic financial analysis to identify variances and opportunities for improvement, preparation and tracking of annual budget and sales targets.
  • Coordinating with bank officials and visiting the branch as and when needed.
  • Occasionally visiting vendors and clients to address any issues or formalities as required.
  • Addressing finance related queries of the team.
  • Occasional overtime may be part of the job, particularly when events or exhibitions require additional support beyond regular working hours.
  • Any other assistance as required.
